CoolAir Midlands is a trading name of M3 Trades Ltd, registered in England & Wales, company number 13035813. Registered address: 1 Whitestone Road, Halesowen, B63 3PU. Contact: 07791 178784 / coolairmidlands@gmail.com.
We are F-Gas certified and fully insured. All work is carried out by our own engineers.
Unless the quote says otherwise, an installation includes the indoor and outdoor units, standard pipework run and insulated, wall brackets or floor feet, condensate drainage, a system commissioning and demonstration, and removal of our own packaging and waste.
It does not include redecoration, plastering, boxing-in beyond standard trunking, scaffolding, consumer unit upgrades, or builder's work — these are quoted separately if needed.
Service plans run for 12 months from the start date. Where a plan renews automatically, we email you before renewal and you can cancel at any time before the renewal date. Missed appointments that you don't cancel in advance may be treated as used visits.
Most domestic installations do not need planning permission, but it's your responsibility to confirm any restrictions on your property (listed building, conservation area, new-build covenant). See our planning permission guide.
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking this contract or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We do not limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit. Otherwise our liability is limited to the value of the contract, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Tell us first — call 07791 178784 or email coolairmidlands@gmail.com. We acknowledge complaints within 3 working days and aim to resolve them within 14 days. If we can't agree an outcome, you can raise it through the review platform you found us on, or seek independent advice from Citizens Advice.
How we handle your personal information is set out in our privacy policy. These terms are governed by the law of England & Wales and disputes fall to its courts.
